Still eating Sausauge for breakfast Saliad and chicken for lunch and chicken for dinner but the pounds are slowly comming off now that I have a pedometer I have been avaeging 10,000 steps a day up from 2300 a day. I must cut down on the portions . I have beeen using Dumbells when I walk doing a combo of walking backward and forward in my cell/ room and waling on the tredmil during my 45- 1:30 minnute works out in the last 10 days..., I am feeling beter I just whish I could snap out of this.
